Founding Partner Jennifer Crow practices in Scheer.Law PLLC's Portland office. She practices in the areas of construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. Jennifer is licensed to practice in the state courts of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, along with the U.S. District Courts for the District of Oregon, District of Western Washington, District of Idaho, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has successfully tried cases to verdict in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

Jennifer is also a member of her firm's Rapid Response Team. She uses her transportation background to assist in the emergency response to major automobile, tractor-trailer and common carrier accidents. Along with her network of experts and independent adjusters, her team can respond to an accident scene 24/7.

Prior to joining Scheer.Law PLLC, Jennifer worked for an insurance defense firm in Portland, where she focused on the defense of personal injury and construction defect claims. She has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and both bench and jury trials.  She has also appeared before appellate courts on multiple occasions.  Before she entered law school, Jennifer worked in operations finance for a semiconductor company. Jennifer uses this background to help lead her business clients through disputes arising in the course of their operations.

Jennifer is a member of the Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana State Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, Themis Advocates Group, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Jennifer also serves as a member of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators Concrete Pump Operators Task Force that is working to develop a new certification program for operators of concrete pumps.

Jennifer received her J.D. degree from the University of Oregon School of law in 2010.  She received her B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University in 2005.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and supporting the Portland Timbers.
