Associate

Rick Francisco received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. While attending law school, he was an active trial team competitor and coach. Following his success in regional and national competitions, Rick was awarded the prestigious Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy. He was privileged to Clerk for the Clark County Superior Court, and upon graduation returned to the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining Scheer.Law PLLC, Rick represented individuals across the State of Washington dealing with matters of business, employment, personal injury, and complex asset division. He is a strong advocate for his clients both in the courtroom and through alternative dispute resolution.

In his spare time, Rick is an avid cyclist and a member of the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association. He also enjoys playing trumpet in community ensembles.
