Jeremy L. Muth focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, defending businesses and individuals in cases involving property damage, construction defect, products liability, personal injury, commercial disputes, trucking, professional malpractice, premises liability, and insurance coverage. Mr. Muth is licensed to practice in the Washington State courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the United States District Court for the Eastern of Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Muth received his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in 2015. Prior to law school, Mr. Muth completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earning entry to the Delta Mu Delta Honors Society to scholastic performance in business. During the summer of his 2L year, Mr. Muth earned a position with Federal Public Defender Office in Seattle as a legal intern. During his 3L year and after, Mr. Muth worked for an intellectual property firm representing business clients in a variety of disputes. Ultimately settling in Insurance Defense, Mr. Muth focuses his practice on both 3rd party disputes, and 1st party bad faith and coverage litigation.

Mr. Muth is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
