Associate Attorney

Jessica Mantchev is an associate with Scheer.Law PLLC's Seattle office. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and is a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Jessica grew up in Bellevue, WA and attended Western Washington University where she earned her BS in biochemistry. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2023. During law school she was an editor of the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental and Innovation Law and externed with the Honorable Matthew H. Thomas in Pierce County Superior Court.

Outside of work, Jessica is an avid indoor cyclist, both on the Peloton and at Cyclebar. She also loves taking her dog Pepsi on long walks after work and is a fluent speaker of Bulgarian.
