Mandie Bowers is an associate attorney at Scheer.Law PLLC's Portland Office. Mandie's practice focuses on insurance defense. Before joining Scheer.Law PLLC, Mandie worked as a judicial clerk, first in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and then for the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands on the island of St. Croix. 

Mandie earned her undergraduate degree in 2011 from Carnegie Mellon University. She also earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in paralegal studies in 2016. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oregon College of Law in 2019. While in law school Mandie served on the executive board for the Oregon Review of International Law and on the Moot Court Board.

Outside the courthouse, Mandie loves the arts and enjoys going to art galleries and stage performances whenever possible. Mandie also loves traveling and trying new kinds of food.
