Matthew Ramsey is an associate with Scheer.Law PLLC's Portland Office and is admitted to practice law in Oregon. He grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Prior to entering the legal profession, Matthew worked as a professional chef at several notable restaurants in Philadelphia, San Diego, and Portland. 

 

Matthew studied Social Science as an undergraduate at Portland State University and received his Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he was awarded the Dean's scholarship. During law school, Matthew worked as a law clerk in high volume public interest and private law firms, primarily in housing and disability matters, but also in cases including consumer law, family law, and criminal law. Before joining Sheer.Law PLLC, Matthew represented commercial and residential landlords throughout Oregon and Washington.

 

When Matthew is not representing clients, he enjoys playing music, attending concerts and films, and cooking meals for his family and friends.
