Partner

Rick Francisco is a Partner at Scheer.Law whose diverse practice focuses on civil litigation related to products liability, employment, professional liability, personal injury, and construction defect. He has experience in general insurance defense, insurance coverage, and subrogation matters. Rick is a strong advocate for businesses and individuals both in the courtroom and through alternative dispute resolution.

Rick obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University (Oregon). While in law school, he was awarded the Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy his final year, and was privileged to intern for the Clark County Superior Court in 2014.

Away from the office, Rick is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling with his wife.
