Sam Cayton is an associate attorney at Scheer.Law, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. He practices in commercial litigation, construction defect and property disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, employment, and insurance matters. Sam dilligently represents his clients at all stages of litigation and through alternative dispute resolution.

He joined the firm in 2021 after graduating cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. He was an Executive Editor for the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental, & Innovation Law and published an article with the journal. During law school, he interned for a boutique entertainment law firm in Seattle, where he supported the legal and business needs of the firm's clients, and did pro bono work with Communities Rise, an organization dedicated to supporting microenterprises and nonprofit organizations. He also worked in criminal law before and during law school.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and two dogs (Morgan and Scotch), traveling, listening to music, creating original pieces of art, and reading.
