Associate Attorney

Thomas Clarke is an associate with Scheer.Law PLLC's Seattle Office. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Virginia. Thomas received his BA in psychology, cum laude from Norfolk State University and his JD from Regent University School of Law. Thomas began his legal career in Virginia focusing his practice on insurance defense, general civil litigation, and transactional law.

Thomas relocated to Washington in 2021 and worked in the in-house legal department for Savers Value Village, a multinational retail company, before returning to insurance defense/civil litigation. He approaches his legal practice with a service mentality and believes client communication and satisfaction are paramount. Thomas also believes in using his legal acumen to serve his community and has volunteered at various legal clinics and pro bono opportunities in Virginia (LGBT Life Center Norfolk) and in Washington (El Centro De La Raza). Thomas is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Snohomish County Bar Association.

When Thomas is not representing clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending live sporting events and concerts.
